Description
A grisly string of copycat murders leads Detective Starks to seek answers from incarcerated serial killer Henry Lee Bishop. As Starks tries to crack his steely demeanor, a teenage boy witnesses a college girl's desperate fight for survival on a twisted voyeur site, web cast from the same house where Bishop committed his murders years before.
