Description
Cork O'Connor, hired as a security consultant by the Department of Energy which is under fire for proposing an iron mine in Tamarack Country, Minnesota, as a site for nuclear waste, comes upon six murder victims in the mine--five connected to a series of unsolved disappearances nearly fifty years earlier, and one dead less than a week--and he must dig into his past for answers when he learns two of the victims, including the most recent, were killed by the gun given to him by his father.
