Description
Modern soccer demands great emphasis on increased speed. Today's players are given less space and time in which to perform. As the levels of competition increases so does the speed of the players. Running speed (without ball) must be developed with technical speed (running with ball) if players and teams are to exploit weaknesses in the opposition.

MPAA rating: Not rated.
