Description
An inspirational story set against the backdrop of Kentucky horseracing, precocious eleven year old Danny is nobody's fool. Living at the race course with her horse trainer Uncle Eddie, she's got the inside track on everyone and everything. She also knows they will always be "just getting by" until they find that one great horse to get them in the money. When Danny sets her sites on a horse with true championship potential, she finds herself thrust into the dangerous political arena of the high-stakes professional racing scene, where someone will stop at nothing to keep Danny and her uncle out of the Winner's Circle.
