A collection of four short films, previously produced separately between 1969 and 1978 by Brigham Young University.
Description
Johnny Lingo: A young native of a Pacific island who bargains for a wife according to the custom of his people. The Mailbox: A lonely old lady laments the lack of communication from her children. She dies just before she is able to open a letter from her daughter notifying her that she is to be moved from her house to a nursing home. Uncle Ben: An alcoholic overcomes his problem and cares for his orphaned niece and nephews. Christmas snows, Christmas winds: A middle-aged man remembers many things that made his Christmases special in his youth, and also recalls a time when he and his companions mistreated an awkward little girl.
